Kevin is a Litigation Lawyer with a dual qualification in Hong Kong (Barrister) and Australia (Solicitor), bringing over 17 years of legal experience to his practice. His work primarily focuses on legal disputes, where he has gained a reputation for his thoughtful and diligent approach.
In addition to his career as a barrister, Kevin has developed a strong interest in mediation. Over the past 10 years, he has expanded his skills in this area, achieving accreditation from both the CERD (UK) and the NMAS (Australia). With experience in over 50 mediations, Kevin has honed his ability to help parties reach amicable solutions.
Kevin's mediation experience covers a range of areas, including breach of contract, landlord and tenant disputes, personal injury cases, probate disputes, shareholders' disputes, and building disputes. His approach to mediation focuses on understanding the nuances of each case and striving for resolutions that are acceptable to all parties involved.
